"If you hear his voice, harden not your heart" is a phrase from the Bible. It means that if you hear God's voice, you should not resist it with obstinate unbelief and wilful disobedience, rebelling against the light, and resisting the Holy Ghost, and the clear discoveries which he makes of the truth of the gospel. The phrase is from Hebrews 3:12-13.
